You receive a complete design pack — layout, realistic 3D visuals, moodboard and full product specification — and you decide what happens next: take it to your own fitter with no further obligation, or continue with Dezign Studio for supply and complete installation with a two-year installation guarantee, subject to its published scope and terms.

Our showroom at 104 High Street, Barkingside IG6 2DR displays baths, brassware, tiles, furniture and finishes from carefully selected British and European brands. Seeing finishes in person removes the guesswork from a specification — the difference between brushed brass and polished gold, or between two whites of tile, is far clearer in the hand than on a screen. We recommend booking an appointment so a designer is available for you, although you are welcome to browse during opening hours: Monday to Friday 09:30–17:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00.

A recent project a few minutes from the showroom shows how design-led planning changes an ordinary family bathroom. Our clients in IG1 wanted a room that felt genuinely luxurious — closer to a hotel bathroom than a family thoroughfare — but it still had to survive the daily routine of a busy household. The existing room offered neither: tired finishes, poor storage and a layout that wasted its best wall.

The design resolved it in three moves. A walk-in shower with a bespoke fluted glass enclosure became the room's centrepiece, framed by marble-effect feature tiles; large-format porcelain runs uninterrupted across walls and floor to stretch the sense of space; and a curved floating vanity with an illuminated mirror keeps storage generous while holding the floor line clear. Brushed brass Gessi brassware and a wall-hung WC complete a specification that is elegant without being delicate.

Because this was a complete design, supply and installation project, the studio managed every stage from first concept to final finishing — one team, one point of responsibility, minutes from the client's front door.
