Design Service Terms

We provide professional bathroom design services as described on this website: Independent Design Review (£195), Online Bathroom Design (£249), Measured Bathroom Design Consultation (from £295) and Measured Bathroom Design & Plans (from £495). The precise scope of your package — deliverables, revision stages and timescales — is confirmed in writing before design work begins.

Design packages are genuine standalone services. There is no obligation to purchase products or installation from Dezign Studio.

Design fees are payable at booking through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Prices shown are 'from' prices; where a project requires additional scope (for example, multiple rooms or additional revision stages), this is agreed and confirmed in writing before payment.

Design fee credit: your design fee is credited in full against product supply or installation orders placed with Dezign Studio with a value over £5,000. The credit applies once per project and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin design work within the 14-day period, you agree that we may do so; if you then cancel, you will be charged for the work completed up to cancellation, and the right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed. For remote services, designs are prepared from the measurements, photographs and information you provide, and their accuracy is your responsibility; we confirm critical dimensions with you before finalising the design. For measured services, we take professional measurements during the survey visit.

Important: design drawings and documents are not construction, structural, electrical or plumbing certification. All dimensions, services and technical details must be checked and approved on site by your appointed installer and relevant qualified trades before ordering or installation.

Each package includes the revision stages stated in its written scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed stages are available and quoted before any additional work begins. Typical design timescales are two to three weeks from receipt of measurements or completion of survey, subject to the complexity of the room and the speed of feedback at each stage.

On full payment, you receive a licence to use your design pack for the design, quotation, purchase and construction of the project it was prepared for. Copyright in the design documents remains with Dezign Studio. We may use anonymised versions of designs and project photography in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Product supply and installation are separate services provided by Dezign Studio under their own terms, quotations and guarantees, including the two-year installation guarantee subject to its published scope and terms. Nothing in a design package commits you to purchase either.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
