Why a Professional Survey Matters
Some rooms should be measured by a professional. Older properties are rarely square; lofts hide their constraints in the roofline; and services — soil stacks, joist directions, boiler routes — quietly decide what a layout can and cannot do. A professional survey captures all of it at the start, when it is cheap to know.
During the visit we measure every wall, height and reveal, record the position of existing services, photograph the details that matter, and discuss how you actually use the room. That conversation, held in the space itself, consistently produces better design decisions than any questionnaire.
The design pack that follows includes layout planning, a moodboard, realistic 3D visuals, a complete product specification, budget guidance and a detailed proposal — with an installation quotation from Dezign Studio where requested.
