Every design package includes a professional design consultation, layout planning, a moodboard with finish guidance and a clear product specification. Depending on the package you choose, this extends to realistic 3D visuals, budget guidance, a detailed proposal and a professional measured survey. Each package page lists exactly what is included, along with the exact number of revision stages — one revision stage for Online Bathroom Design and the Measured Bathroom Design Consultation, and two revision stages for Measured Bathroom Design & Plans.

Design only means you receive your completed bathroom-design pack and then use your preferred retailer, supplier, builder or installer — with no further obligation to us. Complete project delivery means you continue with Dezign Studio after the design stage for product supply, installation and project management, coordinated by one team.

You will receive a confirmation email with a short questionnaire about your room, style and budget, and we will arrange your introductory call at a convenient time. From there we follow the design process step by step, keeping you informed at every stage.

Most design packages are completed within two to three weeks of receiving your measurements or completing the survey, depending on the complexity of the room and how quickly feedback is returned at each revision stage. We confirm a realistic timescale with you at the start of your project.

Online Bathroom Design and the Measured Bathroom Design Consultation each include one revision stage, and Measured Bathroom Design & Plans includes two revision stages — confirmed in writing before your project begins. Additional revisions beyond the included stages are quoted before any further work begins.

Yes. Our design packages are genuine standalone services. Your completed design pack is prepared so that your own builder or bathroom installer can quote from it and work from it with confidence. Many of our design customers already have a fitter in place before they come to us.

No. There is no obligation to purchase products or installation from Dezign Studio. You are free to take your product specification to any retailer or supplier you prefer. Should you wish, we can also supply the specified products through our Ilford showroom.

Yes. Our Online Bathroom Design package works entirely from measurements, photographs and room information that you supply. We provide clear guidance on how to measure your room correctly, and we confirm any critical dimensions with you before finalising the design.

Yes. Our Online Bathroom Design package is available UK-wide and internationally. Consultations take place by video call or WhatsApp, and the completed design pack is delivered digitally.

Measured surveys are available across London and Essex from our Ilford showroom — including Ilford, Barkingside, Chigwell, Loughton, Woodford, Wanstead, Buckhurst Hill, Epping, Romford, Hornchurch, Brentwood and Greater London. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, please ask.

Yes. Budget guidance is built into the design process. We ask about your budget at the introductory call and specify products and finishes accordingly, advising where it is worth spending and where sensible savings can be made.

Yes. Our Independent Design Review, from £195, assesses architect drawings, builder plans, competitor designs and product quotations. You receive written recommendations covering the layout, specification and value-engineering opportunities.

Yes. The design fee is credited against future product supply or installation orders placed with Dezign Studio over £5,000.

Yes. A clear layout, product specification and supporting drawings remove guesswork for installers. This typically results in more accurate, more comparable quotations and fewer surprises once work begins.

Yes. Should you prefer one experienced team to complete the project, Dezign Studio can provide product specification, supply, installation and full project delivery, with one point of responsibility and a two-year installation guarantee subject to its published scope and terms.

Our drawings are design documents, not construction, structural, electrical or plumbing certification. All dimensions, services and technical details must be checked and approved on site by your appointed installer and the relevant qualified trades before ordering or installation.

Yes. Our showroom at 104 High Street, Ilford, Essex IG6 2DR displays baths, brassware, tiles, furniture and finishes from carefully selected British and European brands. We recommend booking an appointment so a designer is available to help you, although you are welcome to browse during opening hours.

Yes. For customers progressing a design with us, we can arrange tile and finish samples through our showroom, so you can review colours and textures in your own home before confirming the specification.
